How it Works

• Select Size (Two bed or Three bed)
• Select Layout (C, L, or Z)
• Select Finishes/Color (Interior and Exterior)

• Easily pay your $5,000 deposit on our secure website to reserve your place in our factory production line, secure your pricing*, and have your route and site analysis scheduled.
• Connect with HiFAB Preferred Lenders ready to work with you.
• Decide how you will finance your new HiFAB home. Options include paying cash or via a construction loan with a series of deposit draws that we help you create that corresponds with your home’s flow in our factory and timeline for your home completion.

• Provide your site survey or lot plan for your land or site to your Sales Specialist.
• Once your 2nd Deposit (see terms in HiFAB Order Form) in your deposit schedule is received, now it’s time to dream of where your HiFAB home will reside (“Build Site”).
• Complete your needed site improvements per your Route and Site Summary that HiFAB will provide to you.
• You should only need to retrieve the following local government approvals:
  • To allow HiFAB to install your foundation on the Build Site
  • To allow you to bring utilities to the Build Site

• Director of Onsite Construction will guide and assist you throughout the onsite completion process with HiFAB including scheduling of delivery.
• Ideally, HiFAB will arrive at Build Site days prior to delivery of home in order to install foundation and to prepare for connections.*
• Day of delivery HiFAB will “Crane Set” your home and tie into your connections for water, electric, sewer, or septic* and apply exterior stucco and final touches.

*Buyer responsible for running all utilities to within 5′ of your Build Site or “Pad”. Inclement weather and/or labor supply can delay foundation installation; in which case your home modules will be stored or placed securely on your land and the HiFAB Holdings, LLC Builder’s Risk Policy will ensure protection until crane set onto your foundation.
